After months of debate and public hearings, Charlotte City Council members have passed a $2.1 billion budget plan. WBTV's Ashoton Pellom breaks down the details of the budget.

There are still unanswered questions this morning about a missing woman who was said to be pregnant. The Salisbury woman went missing nearly a week ago. Carrie Bradshaw Crowther was found yesterday in Boone and taken to Watauga Medical Center.
