Block & Grinder's Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients

·        

3oz B&G House Made Fresh Smoked Salmon

·        

I Cup Lucky Clays Fresh Watercress

·        

½ Cup Chopped Cucumbers

·        

I sprig fresh dill

·        

¼ Cup Chopped Sweet Peppers

·        

I Lemon

·        

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

·        

Salt & Pepper

Procedures

·        

Thinly slice salmon and lay across plate

·        

Combine all other remaining ingredients finishing with the fresh juice from the lemon

·        

Season with Salt & Pepper and mix thoroughly

·        

Place approximately a handful of the salad on top of the salmon and serve
