Southwestern Watermelon Salsa

Watermelon, 6 cups cubed 

Roasted Corn, 2 ears 

1 avocado, cubed 

Red onion, 1/4  minced 

Cilantro, 1/2 cup 

1 Lime, juiced 

Toss all ingredients in a bowl and use as a salsa with tortilla chips or as a side or topping to your chicken, shrimp or steak!
