One Bunch Fresh Asparagus

One Bunch Spring Radish

Olive Oil

Salt, Pepper

Trim Asparagus evenly in length

Quarter Radish

Toss with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper...

Bake Radish at 425 degrees for 10 mins. Add asparagus and bake for 5 more mins. Serve.

Warm Pound Cake, Balsamic Berries

Sliced pound cake, 1/2 inch slices

Sliced Strawberries

Balsamic Glaze

Place sliced berries in saute pan on high heat. Add Balsamic Vinegar glaze and simmer for one minute, Serve atop warm pound cake or Ice cream.
