A Lincolnton man was arrested after more than a pound of marijuana was seized from his car and home.
Investigators found a pound of marijuana in 26-year-old Terry Jacob Knox's car after stopping him near the intersection of Optimist Club Road and Oakbrook Lane on Monday. After investigators searched his car, they took him to his home, on Brook Path Trail in Denver, where they discovered another half pound of marijuana.
Knox is charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, and two felony counts of maintaining a vehicle and dwelling for a controlled substance. He is also charged with felony possession of marijuana.
Knox was taken to the Lincoln County Detention Center where he was processed and released after posting a $20,000 secured bond.
