CHESTER, SC (WBTV) - Officials are looking for a man they believe fired shots into a Chester home last Tuesday.
Police believe 17-year-old Theodore McClurkin Jr. drove by a home in the 100 block of Cushman Drive and fired gunshots into the home. Officers responded to the residence where witnesses told them a black Volkswagen Jetta, believed to be driven by McClurkin, drove by their house and fired several shots inside.
No one was injured in the shooting but police say several parked vehicles outside were damaged. McClurkin is facing three counts of malicious injury to personal property, two counts of first-degree assault and battery, and one count of discharging a firearm into a dwelling.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-CRIMESTOPPERS.
