Nettie Reeves stopped by WBTV News Saturday Morning to share her "Let's Get Ready to Rumble" Workout. You can perform the moves with or without a partner and boxing gloves.
WORKOUT - Do as many as you can in 1 minute.
2 Person drills- All Floor, All Core
1.Pound Downs - Sit ups with gloves hitting the mitts downward As the partner doing the sit ups rest, other partner does 10 push ups
2.Pound Ups- Sit ups with gloves hitting the mitt upwards
As the partner doing the sit ups rest, other partner does 10 squat hops
3. Rounded Punches- Alternating jabs while rolling the back side to side (keeping head tucked into the chest)
As the partner doing the punches rests, other partner does 20 jumping jacks
Add these to enhance your workouts:
~ Plank ?ves, speed bag punches (hitting mitts instead) and jabs
Tip: Always work at your own pace and within your own limitations. Listen to your body.
