Creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus

8 cloves garlic, roasted

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cup garbanzos, drained and rinsed

1 1/4 cup white beans, drained and rinsed

2  tbl freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp salt

3 tbl extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup tahini, stirred

Add first 5 ingredients to food processor or blender, puree until smooth

Add tahini, then olive oil in a drizzle as processor runs until well mixed

Chill and enjoy with toasted pita or crudite! Drizzle with good quality olive oil just before serving for extra deliciousness.
