BURKE COUNTY, NC (WBTV) - A man was arrested in Burke County after deputies say firearms and money were stolen from a home.
Timothy Wayne Poole was arrested by Burke County Sheriff's deputies and charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of stolen goods.
In early February, a breaking and entering crime was filed by Ricky Poole in Morganton. Deputies say Poole got home to find signs of forced entry, and noticed things were missing including firearms and cash.
The sheriff's office assigned the case to the Criminal Investigations division who says they found information that identified Timothy Poole as the suspect.
Poole was arrested on March 12 and was placed in the Burke Catawba District Confinement Facility under a $100,000 bond.
