Peanut Butter Parfait

Makes 4- 8oz parfaits

Ingredients:

2 cups chocolate Ganache or chocolate pudding

6 cups whipped cream or cool whip

1 cup natural Peanut Butter or what's available

1 cup peanut butter chips for garnish

1 cup salted peanuts, for garnish

½ cup graham crackers for garnish

Directions:

1.      

Mix one cup of Ganache or one cup of chocolate pudding with 2 cups whipped cream (or cool whip). Set aside.

2.      

In another bowl fold in one cup of peanut butter with 2 cups whipped cream (or cool whip) until smooth. Set aside.

Assemble in layers in fourths

1.      

Place a tablespoon of Ganache or chocolate pudding at the bottom of cup.

2.      

Sprinkle a layer of graham crackers on top.

3.      

Another layer of chocolate cream.

4.      

Then a layer of peanut butter cream.

5.      

Repeat until filled.

6.      

Garnish with peanut butter chips and salted peanuts
