Crab-Stuffed Smoked Avocados

Crab - Stuffed Smoked Avocados

1 cup light mayonnaise

2 lemons, juiced

1/4 cup horseradish

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 lb jumbo lump crab meat

4 avocados, halved and pitted

Cayenne pepper, pinch for garnish

Chives, 2 teaspoons garnish

In a bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients. Next, fold the jump lump crab meat into the mixture. Make sure you do not break up the lumps of crab. Drop a spoonful into the avocado and garnish with cayenne pepper and chives.
