Caribbean Jerk Chicken

-"Mild" Jerk Paste

-Spanish Mojo Marinade

-"Badia" Jerk Seasoning



-Brown Sugar

-Step 1:  Clean Chicken and place into bowl

-Step 2:  Place 2 tablespoons on "Mild" Jerk Paste into bowl

-Step 3:  Place 4 tablespoons on Spanish Mojo Marinade into bowl

-Step 4:  Scorch 1/2 Orange & 1/2 Lime into bowl

-Step 5:  Place 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar into bowl

-Step 6:  Place 2 tablespoons of "Badia" Jerk Seasoning into bowl

-Step 7:  Mix well, then place chicken with mixed ingredients into a zip-lock bag and marinade overnight

-Step 8:  Take out the chicken and bake in the oven or grill at 275 degrees for about 2 hours

-Step 9:  Re-make the marinade using the previous ingredients and bring to a boil in a pot

-Step 10:  Pour the cooked marinade over the ready "Jerk Chicken"

-Step 11: Allow the bird to rest for about 8 minutes and Eat!!!
