Black Bean Burger from Fresh To Order

1-2 pound block tofu (firm block, drained, pureed)
30oz black beans, cooked
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp fresh minced garlic
1/2 cups chopped scallions
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 cup cooked rice (brown or white)
2-4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1oz light brown sugar

Suggested ingredients for building your burger:  wheat flat bread, honey mustard, horseradish aioli, lettuce, tomato, pickled jalapenos, roasted corn relish and avocado slices.
