Once weighing in at 265 pounds, Tamara Jackson has lost more than 100 pounds through fitness and exercise. The Weight Release & Fitness Motivation Expert stopped by WBTV News Saturday Morning to share her inspirational journey.

Today, she is an author, motivational speaker, certified group instructor and a genuine example of commitment and success.
