RULE 1: Everyone has to choose a team and participate!
1. When the opposing team gets a 1st down - you do 10 SQUATS !
2. When the opposing team intercepts the ball - you do 5 SET OF SKATERS!
3. When the opposing team sacks your quarterback - you do 10 JUMPING JACKS!
4. When the opposing team gets a ?eld goal - you do 3 SETS OF PLANK JACKS!
5. When the opposing team gets a touchdown - you do 7 BURPEES!
6. When your team gets a penalty - you do 5 PUSHUPS!
