Putting exercise first is important as we kick off a new year. Fitness trainer, Kristen Wilkins, stopped by WBTV News Saturday Morning to share a satisfying pre-workout snack and a few key exercises you can do right at home.

PB protein balls

*Makes 36 (small) balls --

A serving is 3 small balls--


1 Cup Rolled Oats

1/4 Cup Dark

Chocolate Chips

1/3 Cup Raw Honey

1/2 Cup All-Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Flax Seed

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

**Mix together and roll into balls. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.**
