Good morning! It is Wednesday, December 10th, 2014

Good morning! You've made it halfway through the work week. Kristen Miranda here - in for Christine all week - and we have a very busy morning ahead.

Our reporters are out in the field working on two big stories.

Mark Davenport is live at Carolinas Medical Center where Cam Newton spent the night after a crash yesterday. He's recovering from a couple of fractures in his lower back. Mark will get us caught up on how Cam is doing and when he might go home. We'll also talk about the outlook for this Sunday's game.

Ashton Pellom is live outside a west Charlotte apartment building where a fire last night displaced 20 people. He has new information on the investigation.

This morning we're investigating complaints made about some property in West Charlotte and questions about whether an illegal business is operating there.

When know when a bus driver killed in a terrible wreck in Union County will be remembered.

And an uptown building is set to be torn down today to make room for a new apartment building.

Brody O'Connell is in the Alert Center following breaking news. Al Conklin is closely watching the forecast this morning. And Chris Larson is back in the First Alert Traffic Center.

We'll see you from 4:30-9am both on WBTV and Bounce TV.
