Nettie's workout to help avoid back pain

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - WBTV fitness expert Nettie Reeves says low back pain is the number one complaint by American adults.  She says maintaining a strong core will help in avoiding the aches and pains.

Nettie shared a workout on WBTV News Saturday Morning that should reduce complaints about lower back pain.
