1/2 cup onions, chopped 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 5 avocados 2 tsp salt 1/4 cup fresh lime juice Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix together well.
Build Your Sandwich Cut french roll in half long ways. Butter and toast bread. Add lettuce, then add two 3oz pieces of salt and peppered chicken breast. Add a slice of cheese, then top with gaucamole, tomatoes and onion.
