An investigation is underway in Union County after a teen's family says she was attacked on a bus heading home from school.  15-year-old Shirdrea Covington is a special needs student at Wolf Developmental Center.  Ashton Pellom will be LIVE with more from Monroe this morning.

A man facing charges for sparking a deadly fire in Charlotte nearly three decades ago is scheduled to face a judge today.  42-year-old Tony Baucom died in a fire in his apartment on 7th Street in April of 1985.

Major changes may be ahead for smartphone apps growing popular among local taxi users.
