A man is recovering in a Winston-Salem hospital after being shot early Saturday morning.
Travis Lamont Wilson was shot on Grace Street just before 11:00 am in what police believe to have been a drive by shooting.
Wilson was taken to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center, then transferred to Wake Forest Baptist Medical in Winston-Salem.
It's the second shooting in the past week in Salisbury's West Side. Early Monday morning a man was shot at Civic Park Apartments on Hall Street.
The shooting happened around 1:45 am. The unidentified victim drove himself to the hospital and was treated and released.
