Good morning! Kristen Miranda here with you - filling in for Christine on this Friday. It is the last Friday before Charlotte-Mecklenburg and so many other districts finally go back to school!

Our Kristen Hampton is working a story out of Gaston County where a woman was found dead inside a home and police are now investigating the case as a homicide.

It is a teenager charged with shooting another teen at a busy gas station in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte. We're looking into what happened.

Law enforcement in Ferguson, MO is encouraged by the progress being made with protestors. We'll tell you whether last night was an improvement over the night before when it comes to violence in the community.

Good news when it comes to the local woman was treated for Ebola and a patient in California doctors thought might have the virus.
