Another of Rowan's Most Wanted caught; second in a few hours

SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) - The most recent addition to the Rowan Sheriff's Most Wanted list is now in jail, and his capture came just a few hours after another name on the list was checked off.

Matthew Damion Parham, 22, was arrested for Failure to Notify of Address Change by a Registered Sex Offender, and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.

Parham cut his Probation monitoring ankle bracelet off in middle July, and left his residence.
