Man wanted in murder turns self in, another still on the run

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

A man wanted in connection with a south Charlotte murder from last month has turned himself in to police, while another man is still on the run.

Police in Charlotte say 28-year-old Trevor White turned himself in to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office on Monday.

White and 30-year-old Raphael White are wanted for the murder of 27-year-old Bias Easley along the 800-block of Farmhurst Drive on June 5, according to police.

Earlier on Monday, detectives said they had information that these two men could be in Greensboro, NC or Atlanta.

After Trevor White turned himself in he was taken to police headquarters where he was interviewed detectives. and charged with accessory after the fact.

Anyone with information on the location of Raphael White is asked to call police at 704-336-VCAT or 911 immediately. If you have information that leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a Crime Stoppers reward.
