Lancaster mom says hot car death an accident

This morning... the family of a three-year-old Lancaster County boy who died after suffering heat stroke in a hot car is speaking out. Investigators say it appeared the boy left home without his mother's knowledge and was playing in the car with his dog when he became trapped inside.
