7 Arrested after search turns up guns, drugs, and stolen goods

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

Seven people were arrested on multiple felony charges after a search warrant at a west Charlotte home turned up guns, drugs, and stolen items.

The search happened at a home on the 3100 block of Tuckaseegee Road on Wednesday.

Officers seized 20 guns, including several that had been reported stolen, as well as tactical gear, over 1,000 rounds of ammunition and crack cocaine. 

Police say they also recovered multiple items that had been taken from home break-ins throughout the city.

Jhirmike McCorkle, 32, Barbara Robinson, 59, Edward Robinson, 23, Lester Mitchell, 21, James Robinson, 41, Jamie Briggs, 22, and Brian Ebney, 16, were all arrested and charged with multiple felonies including firearms, stolen goods and drugs charges.
