Cobb County Police say they aren't allowing that because the laptop is being used as evidence in the on-going criminal investigation into Ross Harris.
Kilgore said in a statement:
"I even offered to deliver a thumb drive directly to detectives to copy the photos. Cooper's mom is obviously hurt and confused that such a simple request for a tiny bit of compassion would be flatly rejected by the Cobb County Police Department."
Under Cobb County PD policy, Justin Ross Harris will not be able to attend his son's funeral since he is still in jail on no bond.
