Reps Ford and Warren set town meeting

SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) -

Representatives Harry Warren and Carl Ford will hold a June town hall meeting on Friday, June 27, 2014, in the County Commissioners' Chambers, 130 W. Innes Street, Salisbury.

The event is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. and will conclude at 7:00 p.m. 

The Representatives will discuss the legislation and issues before the General Assembly during the current "short session." 

All interested citizens are invited to attend.

    Prominent Charlotte physician Jonathan Christenbury tested positive for cocaine during a drug screening test in November, the N.C. Medical Board disclosed Friday. Christenbury admitted to ingesting the drug in October to alleviate depression, according to a legal notice filed by the board.
