ROWAN COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -

Deputies said four people have been arrested and charged in connection to a series of car break-ins near the Rainey Road area in Salisbury.

Deputies with the Rowan County Sheriff's Office said they arrested 35-year-old Angel Gale Flake, 31-year-old Michael Manuel Flake, 20-year-old James Edward Coe, and 22-year-old Carlos Manuel Rodriguez in connection to the break-ins.

Deputies said the suspects took several items including copper and brass plumbing pipes and fixtures, electronics, child's shoes, medication, and a car stereo.

Deputies said a $25,000 bond has been set for Angel Flake, Coe and Rodriguez.

Michael Flake's bond has been set for $100,000, deputies said.

Deputies said Coe had been arrested in 2012 for 25 car break-ins that took place in the same area.

Rodriguez received an extra $500 secured bond for trying to run from police during the arrest.
