The man became angry, according to the report, went to his car, got a gun, put a bullet in the chamber, and waved it around without actually pointing it directly at anyone.

Police were called and when they arrived they found the man sitting in the front seat, apparently passed out.

Once awakened, the man told police that he did have a gun under the seat.  He was cited for violating the condition of his concealed carry permit.
