CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - It's not often an NFL player makes waves because of an exceptional article he writes about how much he loves and honors his mother.
But DeAngelo Williams, Panthers Running back #34, is not like most football players.
His mom, Sandra Hill, died May 16 after a decade-long battle with breast cancer. She was 53. Her four sisters – DeAngelo's four aunts – had previously lost their battle to the same nasty disease.
This morning DeAngelo published heartfelt words in which he asks all of us for two favors.
