Funeral services set for Scott Fink

SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) -

Funeral services have now been set for the man who was killed in an industrial accident at HBD Thermoid in Salisbury on Tuesday.

Mr. Kenneth "Scott" Fink, 39, of Mt. Ulla, NC passed away at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.

Born September 25, 1974 in Salisbury,  to Pamela Loftin Fink and Kenneth Ray Fink of Salisbury, he was a graduate of West Rowan High School Class of 1993. Mr. Fink worked for HBD Industries.

He was a member of Highest Praise Family Worship Center.

Preceding him in death was his paternal grandmother, Mary Katherine Fink and maternal grandparents, Hazel and Luther Allen and Wade Loftin.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Fink is survived by his wife, Angela "Angie" Cress Fink whom he married December 1, 2001; son, Korben Mitchell Fink and daughter, Kassie Nichole Fink both of the home. Also surviving are brothers, Jason Matthew Fink and wife Shena of Salisbury, NC and Kodi Matthew Fink of Salisbury, NC and paternal grandfather Clyde C. Fink, Sr. of Faith, NC.

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 1, 2014 from 2-4PM at Highest Praise Family Worship Center. A funeral service will be held 4:00PM at Highest Praise Family Worship Center (1700 Bostian Rd., China Grove, NC), conducted by Rev. Wayne Miller. Burial will follow at St. Luke's Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Mr. Fink's children's college fund C/O Debra Cress 9535 NC 801, MT. Ulla, NC 28125.
