LIVE: A tragic story to report this morning about the death of a four-month old baby. The child died in an crash on Old Statesville Road in Charlotte. There are some details in this crash that will have you shaking your head...because the child's death was preventable. WBTV's Astrid Martinez is live at the scene of where this happened. She will have the nuts and bolts of what happened, and also you'll hear a witness at the scene.

NEW overnight: WBTV has confirmed that one person died following an industrial accident in Salisbury.
