Leisha Kay Wallace, 44, was arrested and charged with identity theft, obtaining property by false pretense, and financial card theft.
Investigators say Wallace claimed to have a license to file and prepare taxes through the IRS. They say she would help people prepare their taxes online, but would have the money from their returns sent to a pre-paid debit card, then take the money off the card.
