From fish to fork in Florida

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Charlotte Chef Bruce Moffett, the man behind several restaurants in town including Barrington's and Stagioni, is hitting the road to participate in a weekend-long culinary experience.

He'll be a part of the Omni Amelia Island Plantation first annual "Fish to Fork" culinary weekend in collaboration with the James Beard Foundation from May 15 – 18, 2014.

Six chefs from around the country will showcase their skills with a fishing excursion and culinary challenges.  Then guests of the event will vote on their favorite dishes.
