JOHNSON CITY, TN - Police say a Johnson City man spray painted graffiti on a house, power meter and a city street sign on Mary Street.

Johnson City police arrested Mark Barnett, 28, at his home Saturday night.

Investigators told News Channel 11 when they found Barnett, he had spray paint on his hands and arms.

Barnett is charged with one count of Felony Vandalism and two counts Misdemeanor Vandalism.

He's now in the Washington County Detention Center and will be in court Monday afternoon.
