Lancaster man arrested for string of pharmacy burglaries

A man was arrested in Lancaster County in connection to a string of burglaries from pharmacies.

Gregory S. Faile, 32, was arrested Friday and charged with second degree burglary and narcotics charges.

The front window of Lancaster Pharmacy remains boarded up, Friday night, after police say Faile smashed his way into the business earlier that morning.

This isn't the first time Faile has broken into the business.

Just this past Sunday , investigators say Faile broke into the same pharmacy and stole several bottles of prescription drugs.

"It's shocking that it happened again and it keeps happening," said Lancaster Pharmacy owner Vic Patel.

Patel says he's no stranger to Faile or his store being broken into.

He says Faile was a customer of his and burglars have hit his store several times prior to this week.

Patel admits the aggravation is adding up.

"I go to bed wondering is it going to happen again tonight or it going to happen tomorrow night. Sometimes when you least expect it, it always happens, it is frustrating," said Patel.

Investigators arrested Faile Friday morning after they say he hit the LR Family Pharmacy soon after his first stop, stealing more drugs.

Deputies conducting a traffic stop on Faile where they found the stolen medication in his possession.

Patel says the arrest will help him breathe easier tonight, knowing Faile is behind bars.

"We're glad they finally found the suspect and it brings ease to my mind and my customers'," said Patel.

Faile faces burglary and multiple narcotics charges.

He is being held in the Lancaster County Jail.
