We'll be live from Charlotte's Steele Creek area...two robbers wearing masks shot a man as he was going into his apartment. This happened in an area not known for crime. Police say they're going to step up patrols in the area.
A Caldwell County woman is scheduled to appear in court later today...on charges of murdering her husband.

New lanes of I-85 through Cabarrus County are open this morning. DOT cleared the lanes along a one mile stretch of the interstate near Highway 73.
