Fried Shrimps with Assorted Fruit and Cream Salad Dressing

Serving Size: 2-4


Fried Shrimp:

Shrimp                         1/4 lb (peeled and deveined)

Vegetable oil               1/4 quart (for frying)

Egg                              1 each (slightly beaten)

Dry bread crumbs       1/4 cup

Panko bread crumbs   1/4 cup

Salt and pepper                       to taste


Pineapple                    4          oz

Strawberry                  4          oz

Honey Dew                  4          oz

Cantaloupe                  4          oz

Blueberry                    4          oz

Cream Salad Dressing:

Mayonnaise                2          tbsp

Sweet Condense milk  2          tsp

Lime juice                   ½         tsp

Salad oil/Olive oil       1          tsp

Salt                              to taste


1.       Combine all ingredients for fried shrimp (except oil then deep fry) then set aside

2.       Peeled and cut all the fruit into small size (except blueberry)

3.       Combine all salad dressing ingredients and whisk it all together

4.       Mix all the fruit with cream salad dressing and top with deep fried shrimps
