Five arrested after police tipped off to possible drug house in Troutman

TROUTMAN, NC (WBTV) - Five people were charged with possessing marijuana after police in Troutman raided a home on April 17.

Police were observing the house after complaints from neighbors for high traffic and rumors of drug sales at the house.

Investigators followed a vehicle that left the house on the 100 block of Trackside Road and went to the Lowe's parking lot on Charlotte Highway.

Three males got out of the car and started to smoke marijuana behind the car, police say.

They were arrested on sight.

Police searched the home and found marijuana, oxycodone, cocaine and a large amount of drug paraphernalia.

Charged were Timothy Overcash, 20, Charles Kendrick, 45, Bradley Overcash, 17, Robert Parks Jr., 22 and Justin Bagwell, 23, were all charged with possession of marijuana and several other drug related charges.
