Fryday Fish Sandwich - A homemade potato chip-crusted talapia sandwich with tarter sauce, lettuce and tomato on a seeded bun!
2 5-7 oz. Tilapia fillets
1 cup buttermilk
1 dash hot sauce
Put Tilapia fillets in buttermilk and add hot sauce (let sit while you mix dry ingredients)
2 cups crushed potato chips (your favorite brand)
1 cup self rising flour
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
PRE HEAT Counter Top Fryer or Fish fryer to 375 degrees
remove fish from buttermilk and dredge in mixed dry ingredients,
shake off excess and drop slowly into hot oil!
Let fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown,remove to drain and rest on paper towels
