3D Past: Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda
3D Present: Can't, Won't, Don't
3D Future: I wish I would..., I wish I could..., I wish should...
The past was once the future and it is simply being repeated if not changed.
The process of elimination:
R: Retract and Exterminate
A: Adjust your focus
I: Initiate new thought processes
D: Denial is not a key to freedom
