The man responsible for putting the bad guys behind bars in Chesterfield County will be doing time himself. After former sheriff Sam Parker was convicted on misconduct charges in office, the judge sentence him to jail. We'll tell you how long he'll spend time in jail. Plus you'll hear what he said to the court after he was sentenced.

The city of Charlotte is claiming victory this morning. This, after a judge made a decision on a lawsuit over closed door meetings by city council members to discuss renovations to Bank of America stadium. We're hearing from the man who filed it and he didn't mix words on how he felt about the judge's decision. We'll air his sound byte too.
