Salmon Cake

1 pound Cook Salmon (poach)

¼ cup cracker mill

1small Green Pepper chopper

1 small onion chopper

1 egg beaten

2 tbsp. granulated garlic

2 tsp Adobo

Lemon juice

Salt to taste if need

2 tbsp. Texas Pete hot sauce

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 cakes, and Heat about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan. Sauté until golden brown on each side. This will only take about 3-5 minutes per side.

Garnish with tartar sauce, remoulade, or simply with a squeeze of lemon
