A pedestrian was flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center after a hit-and-run in Clarksville.
The collision happened at about 9 p.m. on Tiny Town Road near Twelve Oaks Boulevard.
A police officer spotted the victim in the road and stopped to help.
According to a news release, the victim was unresponsive when the officer arrived.
Police are searching for a dark colored van or SUV with heavy front-end damage.
