CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - We're a quarter of the way through the year! Have you stuck to your new year's resolution? According to Forbes, only eight percent of people follow through and achieve their resolutions. WBTV's Kristen Miranda spoke with Dr. John Baker, a physician with Community Care of North Carolina, about four healthy resolutions that might be a little easier to keep.
