LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Expect partially clearing skies. Northwest winds of 20mph may still gust more than 35mph at times and temperatures will plummet to lows in the 30s to around 40 by daybreak Thursday.
THURSDAY: Morning wind chill values may dip into the 20s at times! ...and despite sunshine, expect afternoon highs only in the 40s to around 50. Northwest winds may gust more than 25mph at times and these dry breezes will elevate fire danger. Exercise caution with flame!
THURSDAY NIGHT: Under clear skies and with slackening winds, temperatures will fall to lows in the mid to upper 20s for inland areas and upper 20s and lower 30s for coastal communities. With the frosty and / or freezing conditions, plan to take care of any sensitive plants!
EXTENDED FORECAST HIGHLIGHTS: Sunshine ought to boost temperatures to the 50s to around 60 for Friday afternoon. 60s and a low shower chance are in the forecast for Saturday. Another storm system will elevate shower chances for Sunday and St. Patrick's Day Monday.
