Much of the south is waking up to below freezing temperatures this morning. The seemingly endless winter has dumped a half a foot snow on the ground in parts of the South, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Many flights have been canceled due to the weather...we'll have an update to help you with your travel plans.

Secretary of State John Kerry is heading to the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, while Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered tens of thousands of his troops who had been conducting military exercises near the Ukrainian border to return to their bases.
