HARRISBURG, NC (WBTV) -

A wreck involving a train and a dump truck closed a road in Harrisburg Thursday afternoon.

According to officials, the accident happened just before 3 p.m. at the railroad tracks near the intersection of Shamrock Road and Highway 49.

Shamrock Road was shut down when the contents of the dump truck, which from Sky3 appeared to be large rocks, were spilled onto the roadway.

The road was back open by Thursday evening.

Officials told WBTV one person was injured in the wreck, and is expected to be okay.
