Medical marijuana for kids

Hi everyone, this is Paul Cameron in the WBTV Newsroom. Tonight, we're examining medical marijuana. Molly Grantham traveled to Colorado to focus on a specific strain of medical marijuana called "Charlotte's Web". It's not smoked, it's an oil. Molly is talking with North Carolina families who moved there to get the drug legally for their kids suffering from pediatric epilepsy. There is some fascinating information you probably didn't know about medical pot.

Do you have grandparents in the Charlotte area? Better alert them to a scam we're seeing a lot of lately. Scammers are calling unsuspecting older folks, pretending to be their grandchildren, and asking them to wire money. And some are falling prey to these calls.

Our recent cold weather gave us a lot of negatives, like broken pipes and high heating bills. But it also came with one very good positive-- a drop in crime. Brigida Mack is dissecting the latest crime numbers.

Super Snore Bowl is over and aren't you glad you didn't own the jewelry store in Birmingham, Alabama who offered customers a cash refund on purchases if the first score of the game was a safety? That cost the store roughly $70,000.

My favorite SB commercial? Hands down, it was the puppy love and the horse. If you haven't seen it, you should.
